How it works

Each step is agreed in writing.

Nothing is made until the previous step is settled.

  1. Conversation

You describe the idea, the size and where the piece will live.

  2. Sketch and quote

A sketch and a written quote set out the scope, the materials and the price.

  3. Making

Work begins once the quote is accepted; changes are handled as written variations.

  4. Handover

The finished piece is packed and collected or shipped as agreed.
